Vikram and Bethal stories
The Vikram and Vetala stories are a collection of twenty-five tales woven around the journey of King Vikramaditya and the Vetala. At the end of each story, the Vetala poses a challenging question, testing Vikram's wisdom, sense of justice, and understanding of dharma. These tales are more than mere entertainment; they explore the subtle nature of right and wrong and the difficulties of making fair decisions. They remind us that knowledge alone is not enough and that wisdom, patience, and discernment are equally important. For this reason, the stories of Vikram and Vetala have captivated both children and adults for centuries.
